We ask that you create space in your life by carving out time and limit distractions as much as possible to ensure you receive the full benefits of any training with us. That said, we’re human beings, and mistakes may happen. In such an event we request you to please communicate with a kind and respectful tone. We will always extend that same politeness and courtesy to you.
In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a straight-forward refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any services, courses, projects, or trainings. . All sales are final. There are no refunds. No fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after signing up for any online/ offline course/ project. No part of the fees is refunded because our commitment starts the minute you enrol/ sign up. Thank you for respecting this policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Usually, sessions happen once in a week unless specified otherwise and the mentor/tutor has the freedom to choose the time slot for you. You can request the mentor/tutor to have the session at a particular day/ time but they will have the final say in choosing the day and time for you.
If you enrol in a coaching/ mentoring, but then change your mind and decide you don't want to do the training or don’t have the time—we have a solution for you. You can give your spot to a friend or colleague, like a gift certificate. Transfer is possible until the first two classes of the course/ project completion. Post two classes/ sessions, transfers are not possible.
Email email@example.com on or before the second class and let us know who's going to do the course in your place. We will transfer your enrolment.
We can cancel your seat should you not want to take the course, but refunds are not possible. So, if you have taken up or signed in for any program, we understand you are well aware of this. You have already used up the seat that someone else could have benefited from, so we expect you to take the course and not waste a valuable seat.
Purchaser of our services is solely responsible for:
1. Choices made regarding the service purchased.
2. Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access their credit cards or their account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without their express permission.
