That said, we’re human beings, and mistakes may happen. In such an event we request you to please communicate with a kind and respectful tone. We will always extend that same politeness and courtesy to you.
REFUND POLICY
In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a straight-forward refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any services, courses, projects, or trainings. All sales are final. There are no refunds. No fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after signing up for any online/ offline course/ project. No part of the fees is refunded because our commitment starts the minute you enrol/ sign up. Thank you for respecting this policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Usually, sessions happen once in a week unless specified otherwise and the mentor/tutor has the freedom to choose the time slot for you. You can request the mentor/tutor to have the session at a particular day/ time but they will have the final say in choosing the day and time for you.
If you enrol in a coaching/ mentoring, but then change your mind and decide you don't want to do the training or don’t have the time—we have a solution for you. You can give your spot to a friend or colleague, like a gift certificate. Transfer is possible until the first two classes of the course/ project completion. Post two classes/ sessions, transfers are not possible.
Email info@sarikasingh.in on or before the second class and let us know who's going to do the course in your place. We will transfer your enrolment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We can cancel your seat should you not want to take the course, but refunds are not possible. So, if you have taken up or signed in for any program, we understand you are well aware of this. You have already used up the seat that someone else could have benefited from, so we expect you to take the course and not waste a valuable seat.
Purchaser of our services is solely responsible for:
1. Choices made regarding the service purchased.
2. Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access their credit cards or their account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without their express permission.
COMMUNICATION
We prefer all communication via email. That makes it simple and transparent for all. So please communicate via email exchange with info@sarikasingh.in rather than WhatsApp or call or sms or any other mode.
WORKING HOURS
Our office works Monday- Friday (save National Holidays) 9:00am- 6:00pm IST. Whether you have messaged or emailed us, we try our best to respond to you earliest but surely reply within 1-2' working' days. We thank you for your patience and for respecting our time, just as we respect yours!
FREE SELF EVALUATION TEST
We have a free computer-based self-evaluation test for anyone and everyone to take! Please note that this does not involve human intervention for evaluation. It is only meant to indicate if your understanding of English is basic, intermediate or advanced. This test is free to take does not qualify anyone for a seat in our programs or a personal feedback from the mentors. To enter an existing group with us, you may be required to take a personalised level test.
